I was born and raised in Taiwan. Coming from an island environment, I immediately felt very comfortable with the surroundings of Oahu. With more than 10 years in sales and marketing, which included 5 years working for an international trade association. I primarily worked with Taiwanese manufacturers who required me to attend trade shows in many countries. This work experience has given me extensive knowledge that affords me the opportunities to draw from this toolbox and represent to the best of my ability, the needs, wants, and expectations of my clients.
Licensed since 1999 and over the years, I have made many friends who were both clients and real estate agents. I believe that honesty, efficiency, and good communication are fundamental to being an exceptional real estate agent. My primary focus is always on my client's needs. 我出生在台湾，个性活泼易与人相处，结婚前常工作旅游于各国之间，一次偶然的美国回程，三天的假期让我爱上了蓝天碧海及独特人文风情的胜地–夏威夷。在檀香山市定居之后，我发现在夏威夷做经纪人是一个不错的选择。经过培训和考试之后，我拿到了经纪人的执照，成为了夏威夷一家最着名的房地产经纪公司的全职经纪人。从事房地产经纪人的工作也有22年了。我的客户群裡有律师，医生，会计师和成功的企业家。越来越多的大陆同胞选择来夏威夷购房，他们喜欢这里的气候、风景和人文环境,大陆人有一句话，叫做上有天堂，下有苏杭。夏威夷就是美国的人间天堂。这里不仅山清水秀，气候宜人，而且是东西方文化的交汇之处，民风淳朴，文化独特。
